Additional things you can do
Uploading Files - You can upload relevant files like pricing sheets, menus, agreements, etc to share information with the Planner. The more robust your quote, the more information the Planner will have to make their decision!
Sending Messages - You can connect and communicate with the planners using the messaging feature on the RFPs. However it is important to submit a line-item quote.
Decline Quote request - You may decline the quote request if you determine that it is not suitable or if you are unable to assist the planner with the inquiry.
Why Provide a Line-item quote?
Planners compare responses side by side and rely on Reposite’s data exports to evaluate quotes and present options to clients. If your quote doesn’t include line‑item pricing, your pricing won’t appear in key comparison views and exports they use. This can lower your visibility against more complete responses. To be prioritized and included in all planner comparison reports, provide a detailed line‑item quote. Learn more about what planners can download and compare here.
