Email Notification Settings

Email notifications are a handy way to stay focused and up-to-date on all your Reposite projects. If you feel as though you are receiving too many or too little emails related to your Reposite projects, you can alter your preferences as for which types of activities you will receive email notifications for, and how often you receive those notifications. You can alter your email notification preferences both on an account-wide basis, and on a project-by-project basis.

Changing Account-Wide Email Notification Settings

You can set your default email notification preferences for all current and future projects by changing your account-wide email notification preferences.

Note: Updating your account-wide preferences will also apply to current projects’ notification settings as well!

Step 1. Click Settings in the left navigation. A secondary Settings navigation appears.

Step 2. Click Email Notifications within the Settings navigation.

Step 3. Click the checkboxes beside each option to turn on/off Immediate or Daily updates for each email notification. See below for details on email notification content.

Changing Project-Level Email Notification Settings

Reposite gives you the option to alter your email notification preferences on a per-project basis. This way, you can receive more regular and consistent notifications for projects with pressing deadlines that require more attention and regular updates, and fewer, more sporadic notifications for less time-sensitive projects that don’t call for as much immediate attention.

Step 1. Click the Projects tab in the left navigation. Click on the project that you’d like to alter the email notifications for. The selected project’s dashboard appears.

Step 2. Click the Settings tab in your project’s dashboard. The project’s Email Notifications settings appear.

Step 3. Click the checkboxes beneath Immediate Updates to turn on/off the immediate update email for this specific project.

Note: Quote Activity Daily Update Emails can only be altered on the account-wide settings shown above.
