Sending Discover Invites

You've probably gotten the hang of your profile, set it up with some great images and category details, and had a bit of fun exploring what Reposite has to offer. The next step is adding new partners using the Discover tool.

The Discover Tool:

  • Directly connects you with travel and events partners – think of it as your digital networking center

  • Pinpoint your ideal partners - filter by location, group size, or target audience

  • Replace costly trade shows and association fees. Discover brings the network to you.

Sending Discover Invites

Step 1. Click Discover in the platform left navigation.

Step 2. Enter filters to find the right planner partners for your business. These filters use data from the planner’s profiles to find the perfect fit for your business. These filters include:

  • Cities Served: Filter to the city (or cities) you are located in.

  • Organization Type: There are the different planner types we have on our platform. Enter organizations that you are looking to partner and book with.

  • Group Size: Filter to the group sizes you are looking to book with. These are the group sizes that this planner traditionally is planning for.

  • Target Audience: This is the audience type of the planner’s clients. Our planners work with many different audience types, sort and filter by Target Audience to grow your connections in different industries.

Step 3. Once you have found a great fit for a partnership, click the Connect button on that planner’s card. A message modal will appear.

Note: If you are not a member, you will not be able to connect with these planners. Upgrade to a membership to connect. Learn more here.

Step 4. Enter an introductory message to the planner. This message introduces your business and let’s them know why you want to add them to your partner’s list. If you have previously sent a discover invitation to a planner, your previous message will be saved but can be edited.

Step 5. Once you are happy with your message, select SAVE.

Step 6. To send the invitation to the planner, select SEND INVITE. Your invitation has now been sent.
