What is the AI Proposal Builder?

The AI Proposal Builder utilizes ChatGPT technology to analyze supplier data, RFP details, and previous communications to generate customized proposal sections. This feature enables you to add suppliers directly from a quote request, creating a seamless proposal-building experience that eliminates manual data entry. With the AI Proposal Builder, planners can quickly compile all necessary supplier information, pricing, and descriptions in one place, generating a professional proposal that’s ready to share with clients in seconds.

Steps to Generate a Proposal Using AI

Step 1: Access Your Project’s Quotes

  1. Log in to your Reposite account and navigate to the Projects dashboard.

  2. Open the project for which you’d like to create a proposal.

  3. Go to the RFP tab within the selected project. Here, you’ll find all supplier quotes received in response to your RFP.

Step 2: Add a Supplier to the Proposal

  1. Open the supplier quote that you want to include in your proposal.

  2. Select the “Add to Proposal” link at the bottom of the quote modal.

    • The AI will analyze the supplier’s profile, quote details, and conversation history from within the quote to create a tailored description for the proposal.

    • This AI-generated content includes a detailed overview of the supplier, their offerings, and relevant pricing, giving your clients a complete picture of the options.

    • A supplier content block is added to the proposal with the AI-generated content as well as a photo from the supplier’s profile.

  3. Repeat this step for every supplier that you wish to add to your proposal.

Step 3: Review and Edit the Proposal

  1. When the AI content is generated, you’ll be taken directly to the Edit Proposal page where you can review.

  2. You’ll see the supplier sections automatically added to the proposal, complete with descriptions, photos and pricing that are contextually relevant to the specific arrangements that you discussed with that supplier.

  3. Edit as needed to tailor the information to your client's specific requirements. Adjusting language, adding any client-specific notes, or reordering sections ensures the proposal aligns perfectly with the client's expectations.
