Setting Up Supplier Reminders on Reposite
The Supplier Reminders feature is designed to help you get timely responses from suppliers by automatically sending follow-up reminders when they haven’t replied to your RFP (Request for Proposal) in a set amount of time. Here’s how to enable and customize this feature:
Step 1: Enable Supplier Reminders
Navigate to the Settings page by clicking on the Settings option in the left navigation bar.
Scroll down to the Supplier Reminders section.
Toggle the RFP Submission Reminders switch to "On." This activates automated reminders for your RFPs.
Step 2: Customize Your Reminder Settings
Click the Edit Message button in the Supplier Reminders section.
In the pop-up modal, customize the following:
Message to Vendor: Use the default message or personalize it to match your tone. We recommend customizing the default message to make it your own!
Trigger Timing: Set the number of days after the RFP submission for the reminder to be sent (default is 3 days).
Response Threshold: Specify the number of supplier responses that will stop reminders automatically (default is 3 responses).
Save your settings by clicking Update.
Important Note:
Once the RFP is posted, reminders will stop automatically when:
You’ve received the set number of supplier responses.
The RFP is awarded or canceled.
The event dates have passed.
Why Use Supplier Reminders?
